What VeloCRM is, how it is metered, and what it costs.
This Schedule is part of a larger agreement. It is incorporated into the VeloTech Master Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement.
Where this Schedule conflicts with the Agreement, this Schedule governs, for VeloCRM only. Your subscription to another VeloTech product is governed by that product’s own schedule.
VeloCRM is a multi-tenant customer-relationship-management application: pipeline and deal management, contacts and companies, quotes and contracts, lead capture and routing, email and calendar integration, reporting and forecasting, and AI features that draft, score, summarize, and answer questions over your records.
2.1 VeloCRM is priced per Seat. A Seat is one active User on your account.
2.2 True-up. Your Seat count is trued up automatically whenever a User is added, deactivated, or removed. Changes are prorated against the remainder of the current billing period in both directions: adding a User results in an additional prorated charge, and removing or deactivating one results in a prorated credit applied against your next invoice. A subscription is billed for a minimum of one Seat, or the plan minimum in 2.3 if higher.
2.3 Plan seat rules. Starter is intended for teams of up to five (5) Seats. Enterprise is billed for a minimum of ten (10) Seats: if you have fewer than ten active Users, you are billed for ten. Professional and Enterprise have no Seat maximum.
VeloCRM is not offered on a trial basis. §5 of the Agreement does not apply to it. We are happy to demonstrate VeloCRM before you subscribe.

4.4 Prices are exclusive of GST/HST and other applicable taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing address. Whether you are billed in CAD or USD is determined under §6.7 of the Agreement. The pricing in effect for you is the pricing you accepted at checkout or in your Order Form. Annual pricing reflects approximately 10% off the monthly rate. AI Credit overage is charged in the same currency as your subscription.
4.5 Support. Support is by email at support@velotechsys.ai during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays). VeloTech aims to respond within one business day on Standard support and within the same business day on Priority support; Enterprise support is as set out in your Order Form. Response times are targets, not guarantees.
5.1 Allotment. Your monthly AI Credit allotment is the included Credits per Seat for your plan (4.3) multiplied by the number of Seats you are billed for. The allotment is shared across your organization, resets each calendar month, and does not roll over.
5.2 Measurement. AI Credits are measured from the AI processing your use of the Product consumes, so more complex actions (for example, a full-pipeline analysis) use more Credits than simple ones (for example, an email draft). Indicative consumption is published in the Product and may change.
5.3 Notifications. We notify your account contacts as your consumption approaches the allotment.
5.4 Overage. Usage in a calendar month above your allotment may be charged at the overage rate for your plan in §4, in your subscription’s currency, after the month ends: on your next invoice for a monthly subscription, or on a separate invoice charged to your payment method for an annual subscription, per §7.4 of the Agreement. Plans differ mainly in the depth of AI and automation available. In general, Starter includes AI assistance such as email drafting and deal scoring; Professional adds capabilities such as autonomous agents, Ask-your-CRM, workflows, quotes, and meeting intelligence; and Enterprise adds capabilities such as forecast intelligence, custom agents and prompts, single sign-on, and cross-product automation.
Plans also carry allowances for contacts, deals, stored data, and API calls. The features and allowances available on each plan are as published in the Product from time to time, and that publication governs over this summary. plan feature gating is built and switched off (PLAN_FEATURE_GATING); the in-product plan comparison still needs to be published
