VeloTech Systems is a back-office software company for private mid-market businesses — the companies that have outgrown small-business tools but won't pay, or wait, for legacy ERP.
Mid-market companies run on a patchwork: a CRM here, accounting there, payroll in a third system, expenses in a fourth — each one a silo, stitched together with CSV exports, nightly batch jobs, and a lot of copy-paste. AI promised to fix the busywork, but it can only act on data it can reach, in systems built to let it act safely. Most weren't.
So we built a back office that is AI-native from day one. Four products — CRM, accounting, HR & payroll, and expenses — each best-in-class on its own, and each authoritative for its own data. They don't bolt together with brittle middleware. They speak the same language: the Model Context Protocol, the same typed surface that powers every product's own AI agents.
The result is a back office where work runs itself but people stay in control. A closed deal drafts the revenue schedule. A payroll run drafts the journal entry. An approved expense becomes a coded AP bill. And every one of those handoffs waits in an approval queue — because tools should draft, and humans should post.
AI isn't a panel bolted onto the side. Agents are part of how every product works — scoring, drafting, forecasting, reconciling — included on every plan, not sold as an upsell.
Each product is the single source of record for its own data and mirrors the rest. If two systems both claimed a fact, one would be wrong — so they never do.
Automation moves fast, but anything money-moving lands in an approval queue. A person reviews and posts. Nothing consequential happens unattended.
Every cross-product handoff is logged on both sides with the calling system and actor. Idempotency keys mean a replayed event never becomes a duplicate.
Multi-tenant, role-based, and priced for teams — not enterprises. Live in days, not the months a legacy ERP rollout demands.
GST/HST/PST/QST and ITC tracking, Bank-of-Canada FX, employment law across all 13 provinces and territories, PIPEDA, and Québec Law 96 — native, not an afterthought.
Each is best-in-class alone. Together they form a single, governed back office.
